Keith Tulloch, MBA

Managing Partner

Keith Tulloch, MBA is the Chief Operating Officer for Tulloch Media Communications, Inc.  He is one of the highest-ranking executives in TMC.  As the COO he is responsible for the daily operation and routinely reports to the CEO.

Keith’s primary role is one of operations management, and is responsible for ensuring that business operations are efficient and effective and that the proper management of resources, distribution of contents and services to customers, and analysis of queue systems are conducted.

 

Oversee and manage all aspects of the day-to-day operations of TMC, ensuring operations are in sync with strategy. Take a leadership role in the establishment of performance indicators, and monitoring of performance against goals.Develop and administer operational and administrative policies, standards and practices.

Lowell R. Hall

Director - Media & Brand Strategy

Lowell Hall, MBA is an accomplished communications & marketing professional with a solid record of achievements in executing multi-tiered communications business objectives for companies.

 

Expertise in transforming external and internal communication tactics into image and business-building campaigns, and a track record of leading multiple high - profile B2B and consumer initiatives to increase brand awareness, market share, boost customer satisfaction and grow profits. who has worked on significant award winning brand marketing and public relations consumer campaigns in the U.S. and Canada including: Home Depot, Nike, Coca Cola, Italpasta Limited, Nascar, Brand Abu Dhabi (Gov) and an extensive number of well-known kids/family brands.

Lowell has worked on intensive government and regulatory industry assignments both in North America (Canada and U.S.) and other international markets that include UAE, Rwanda and India.


Coupled with Lowell’s creative sense for developing key, well targeted strategies for products, brands and content, is his extensive experience and strong media relationships in U.S., Canada  and internationally.

 

Lowell’s infectious energy matched with his background working on numerous grassroots initiatives and not-for-profit organizations gives him a unique perspectives and insight into the cause-related/marketing communications arena for blue chip brands.

Streamlines communication processes and diversified tactics to maximize optimal reach and measurable results. 

 

Provide counsel to senior management teams and administrators on tactics to achieve public relations goals and to manage crisis situations by limiting negative impacts on organizational image and reputation.  Coordinates and conduct operations to prominently position organizational mission that used tactics, including special events, group/community meetings, public exhibitions, video presentations, and public lectures. Integrate multi- and cross-cultural competencies in all general market strategic communication initiatives to capitalize on global awareness and sensibilities.

Shauna Ireland

Manager Creative Communications

Communication and Creative Concept Specialist, Shauna Ireland, combines traditional and innovative PR tools with a keen eye for design and a natural sense of style. 

 

Starting out as a fashion maven, she amassed extensive experience in events, entertainment, music and art. 

 

Experience working with renowned artists in Miami for local and international exhibitions such Art Miami and numerous others..

 

Artist exhibit tours and events with partnerships with fundraisers and non for profit organizations – Arthur Ashe Learning Center, Novak Foundation….

 

Her ability to fortify mutually beneficial relationships on national and international levels has enabled her to work worldwide and across various industries to create unique communication strategies and special events that assist brands in expanding their communication boundaries. 

 

An ambassador of health and wellness and a proponent of all things organic, Shauna discovered the opportunity to incorporate this aspect of her lifestyle into her professional approach and network. She often refers to this as a holisticapproach in how she develops PR strategies.

Chennia Findley

Executive Assistant/Publicist

Chennia is a proactive team player with strong communications, coordination, and administrative abilities, and a success-oriented project manager for TMC's CEO.

 

She is responsible for designing and implementing creative media campaigns internally, utilizing strategic partnerships, and securing celebrity endorsements. 

 

Chennia handles international and domestic event management and live televised events, establishing outstanding media relationships around the globe with journalists, editors, and producers.
